i don't think healers will be worth buying if it stays at 5% to start with .... 5% is really nothing , even 10% last age meant maybe 1 or 2 heals after 20/30 attacks and their HP wasn't a real issue last age , all that matters is that they heal soldiers often enough
and the 16% max is for elites ..... i made it to general and had no elite healers ..... so why not just nerf the masters and elites but leave them the same for the other levels ..... that would make much more sense according to me

and the 16% max is for elites Who said that? (and where?) The heal% has nothing to do with XP and rank, it goes up a bit every time a healer succesfully heals someone. If you get a healer at app, he can be at max well before even getting close to being elite.

If they start at 5%, it will take a loooooooong time before they start rising in %.

Healers really do need to have their healing ability INCREASED.
